Decluttering Your Life

We naturally accumulate things each year and we often don't take the time to consider the value they bring to our life. This can result in our homes and our minds becoming cluttered, and at times this can create a feeling of being bogged down.

The process of getting rid of non-essential items in your home can help create more space for those things that really matter to you. To start decluttering your home, I encourage you are ask yourself each of these questions as you go through each cupboard and room. When in doubt throw it out, or donate it to your local community so that someone else can have their needs met.

  • Do I use it regularly?
  • Does it have sentimental value?
  • Am I saving this "just in case"?
  • Do I have more than one?
  • Can something else replace this?

I hope you enjoy the decluttering process and that you find yourself living in an environment where the things that surround you are those that are the most important to you.
